Plantar Fasciitis - How To Self Release By Rolling - Tennis Ball, Golf Ball


Self release of the tissues should always be followed up with stretching and also exercise work.

There are some general activities that are recommended to stay away from when dealing with PF, which you can learn more about here.

Massage therapy is also an excellent way to get short-term relief from plantar fasciitis.  Many people don't have access to a specific therapist for this, so self massage for plantar faciitis is an alternative.
